Meet our Nutritional Therapist
Vijanti Chavda is a qualified practitioner in Nutritional Therapy, Medical Herbalism and Naturopathy. She holds a B(Sc) degree in Food Science from London South Bank University, followed by a 4-year diploma in Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy. She believes that obtaining great health begins with including a well balanced nutrition-focused diet. ‘To obtain sufficient energy from food for our daily functions, we require foods high in nutritional value to prevent disease from occuring’. Vijanti believes that disease evolves due to free radical damage on a cellular level and a disharmony between the functioning of the cells. Vijanti helps her clients by improving their relationship with food, educating them about food choices and empowering them to achieve their health goals.
